Hey everyone! I’m Shay, a Southern Minnesota guy and the youngest of three! Growing up in my parents’ floor covering store taught me the value of hard work, but I knew I was destined for something different.
After navigating through various careers and landing in healthcare, the pandemic opened my eyes. I heard so many people sharing their regrets, and it inspired me to break free from the 9-to-5 grind. Why wait to enjoy life?
